P-28 high protein flat bread (28 grams of protein)
Daiya dairy free shredded mozzarella
tomato sauce, diced tomatoes or even bruschetta
Toast flat bread till slightly crisp about 4-5 minutes (watch carefully this flat bread can burn fast)
In sauce pan put tomato sauce of choice and add mozzarella and some garlic, pepper and any other flavor spices of your choice.
after bread is cooled off and crisp, just add the topping and ENJOY!
Also Betty likes to get creative and will alternate with fat free feta cheese and tomato sauce.
For those that are building muscle and want a real high protein meal just add some chicken.
For vegan style add veggies and the dairy free cheese!
